The KYOrder app lets business owners and managers who use KYOrder POS view their business’s order information. Accounts are provided for the business; the app is not intended for the general public.

Sign-in information: the email address or username and password used to access your business’s account.

Order information: your business’s order history, such as items, quantities, amounts, order times and status, and any customer details included with an order, such as a name or phone number.

The app does not take card payments and does not use your device’s location.

We use this information to show your business’s orders in the app, to keep accounts secure, to answer support requests, and to operate and improve the KYOrder service. We do not sell personal information.

Order information is stored on the servers that run the KYOrder POS service and is shown in the app only after sign-in. We keep it while your business uses KYOrder and for as long as needed for business, tax or legal records, and then delete it.

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as requiring sign-in to see order information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the business whose orders are shown, with service providers that host or support the KYOrder service, and when the law requires it.

The app does not take card payments, so it does not send information to payment processors. Card payments taken with KYOrder payment services are handled under the business’s merchant services agreement.

For order information, the business that uses KYOrder decides why and how its customers’ information is used, and KYOrder processes it on the business’s behalf. If you placed an order with a business, that business may have its own privacy policy and is your first contact for questions about the order.

When you submit the contact form on kyorder.com, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), industry and message. The form sends this information to KYOrder by email; the website does not store it in a database. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss KYOrder products and services with you.

Our web host records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

To limit spam, the contact form temporarily keeps a one-way hash of your IP address to count recent requests. Records older than 24 hours are deleted automatically the next time the form is used.

If analytics is enabled on the website, it is used to understand which pages are visited. [Name the analytics provider and describe whether it uses cookies before publishing.]

The website does not set cookies for its own operation. Your language choice may be remembered in your browser’s local storage. Numbers you enter in the cost calculator stay in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and are only sent to us if you submit them with the contact form.

To access, correct or delete your information, or to close an app account, email support@kyorder.com from the email address on the account. We will confirm what we can delete; some order records may have to be kept for tax or legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

If you placed an order with a business that uses KYOrder and want that order information deleted, contact the business. We will help it with your request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to appeal if we decline a request. To use these rights, email support@kyorder.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Information may be processed in the United States or wherever our service providers operate.

The KYOrder app and website are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
